First, we want to sincerely apologize for the recent issue and inconvenience that occurred these past few weeks in Union Invasion.

As players who enjoy playing Demian Saga ourselves, we understand what it's like to be inconvenienced due to such issues.
In response, we have extensively reviewed the game and conducted numerous internal tests to resolve the issue, but were faced with difficulties during the process. Thankfully, we were able to locate the source of the problem with the information provided by everyone. To those who have contributed by sharing information with us, we want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

As for the issue in question, we will address it in the next update and want to share the following temporary measure that needs to be taken for the time being.
While it may seem inconvenient, we ask for your understanding until the issue has been resolved.

- Go to [Settings] on the top right ⇒ Go to [Notifications] ⇒ Look for [Lucky Box] ⇒ Have the check box for [Lucky Box Notifications] checked

Also, we have prepared the following compensation as a sign of apology to those who were affected by the issue.
